On June 27th, local time, the “Sultan Doctors Network” civil organization in Sudan announced that the Rapid Support Force launched artillery fire on the capital city of Khartoum State, North Darfur, Sudan.
This action resulted in 13 civilian deaths and 21 injuries.

The Rapid Support Force did not respond to this request.
On the same day, the Sudanese Sovereignty Council issued a statement saying that Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Burhan, had agreed to implement a one-week humanitarian ceasefire in Khartoum City.
