据新华社引述朝鲜中央通讯社报道，朝鲜劳动党总书记、国务委员长金正恩12日会见来朝参加第二轮朝俄外长级战略对话的俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫。
据朝中社报道，双方就一系列重要问题交换意见，旨在忠实履行2024年6月朝俄平壤峰会达成的各项协议。金正恩表示，两国在所有战略问题上看法一致，这与两国“同盟关系”相符合，体现两国关系的“高度战略水平”。
金正恩再次重申，朝鲜愿无条件支持和声援俄罗斯领导层“为从根源上解决乌克兰事态而采取的一切措施”。
他表示，相信朝俄会以主动而积极的态度应对急剧变化的国际地缘政治形势，两国协调协和的外交立场将为保障地区和世界和平与安全作出积极贡献。
拉夫罗夫表示，俄朝将在国际舞台上“进一步加强战略战术合作和共同步调”。
报道说，双方明确表示，朝俄两国要坚决维护双方核心利益，强力推动双边关系全面扩大和发展，不断造福人民和开创美好未来。拉夫罗夫转达俄罗斯总统普京对金正恩的问候。金正恩深表感谢，并向普京表示问候。
据朝中社报道，金正恩与拉夫罗夫“在亲切而充满同志信赖的气氛中进行了交谈”。外界注意到，此次会谈地点选在游艇上，据俄罗斯媒体塔斯社报道，金正恩对拉夫罗夫表示， “您一直忙于外交政策活动。我觉得最好不要在平壤与您会面，而是在这里（旅游胜地元山），这样您可以稍事休息。您是这个度假胜地的第一位外国客人。我很高兴在这里与您会面。
Lavrov, jokingly, said that the first guest was the Russian Ambassador Alexander Maklakov, who “did so much promotion that I had to accept your invitation.”
It is understood that Myeongsan is a port city in eastern Korea, located along the Sea of Japan and the capital of Gangwon Province. Not only is it one of the important gateways for foreign exchanges between North Korea, but it also frequently serves as a venue for receiving high-level delegations from foreign countries. Due to its geographical proximity to the Gangneung tourist area and the military base of the Air Force at Myeongsan, Myeongsan holds significant strategic importance in North Korea’s diplomatic and security affairs.
At the end of June this year, the newly completed Myeongsan New Geumma Coastal Tourism Area held a “very grand” opening ceremony attended by Kim Jong Un. Kim Jong Un hailed it as one of the greatest achievements of the year in North Korea.
The new tourism area features various hotels and lodges, capable of hosting nearly 20,000 domestic and international visitors; it includes facilities for seaside bathing, sports and entertainment, as well as commercial and catering services.
Kim Jong Un emphasized, “Your visit is a very important moment for our special and firm alliance, and for the development of cooperation in various fields.” He added that bilateral engagement is of great significance for maintaining the interests of both nations.
At the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of North Korea, Lavrov arrived at Myeongsan Geumma Airport on the evening of the 11th and began his visit to North Korea. The visit will continue until the 13th.
Earlier on the 12th, Lavrov and North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son-kyum jointly held the second round of the Russia-North Korea Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue. During the dialogue, both sides reiterated their strategic coordination positions on strengthening mutual cooperation on the international stage, safeguarding national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and international justice.
On the evening of the 12th, Lavrov was hosted by the hotel Mingsi Hotel in Myeongsan Geumma Coastal Tourism Area for a welcome dinner by North Korea.
From the photos, it is evident that both countries’ iconic landmarks are featured in the centerpiece of the dining table and on the background wall of the restaurant: Red Square in Russia and the Gate of Victory in North Korea.
