According to a report by the American news website Axios on the 13th, President Donald Trump is set to announce a new plan for “arming Ukraine” on the 14th.
The report quotes two sources saying that this new plan
“is expected to include (providing offensive weapons) to Ukraine.”
The report did not provide further details.
On the 10th, Trump stated that he would make a “major statement” regarding Russia on the 14th.
The Russo-Ukrainian conflict has attracted multilateral competition.
