It has been learned that the United States will impose a “Visa Integrity Fee” on tourists, students, and business travelers who need to apply for non-immigrant visas, amounting to $250.
This provision is part of the “Bigger, Better, Faster” Act signed by Trump, with the fee set to be adjusted in line with inflation starting from 2026. Compliance with visa requirements will result in a refund, but the fee cannot be waived and an additional I-94 form fee will be required.
