On the evening of August 1st, local time, Yehia Saleya, a spokesperson for the Houthi armed forces in Yemen, announced that the Houthi forces had successfully attacked Ben-Gurion Airport in Israel using the “Palestine-2” hypersonic missile.
This marks the second time within three days that the use of the “Palestine-2” missile has been declared to attack Ben-Gurion Airport.
Earlier, air defense sirens were sounded throughout Jerusalem and various locations in central Israel. The Israeli military subsequently confirmed intercepting a missile launched from Yemen. (Reported by Zhang Yuchen, CCTV)
