On June 29th, local time, a spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Justice stated that according to official statistics, as of now,
the attack on Evin Prison in Tehran by Israel on June 23rd has resulted in 71 deaths. The victims include prison staff, prisoners, relatives of the prisoners, and residents around the prison.
On the same day, the Israeli Defense Ministry announced an attack on targets including Evin Prison, which houses political prisoners. The Iranian judicial authorities reported that several rounds of ammunition hit Evin Prison. (CCTV) Wang Yin
