On the 29th local time, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi stated that in light of the necessity for unity among Islamic countries, Iran is willing to fully cooperate with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to expand comprehensive cooperation and thus usher in a new chapter in relations with neighboring countries in the Persian Gulf.
He believes that strengthening relations between Iran and its neighbors in the Persian Gulf region, especially with regional institutions, will convey messages of peace, friendship, and development to the entire Islamic world and to all countries in the region. (Reported by Li Xiang, CCTV)
