On the 29th local time, the General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Council, Kim Jong-un, met with Russian Culture Minister Olga Lyubimova who led the Russian Culture Ministry delegation to visit North Korea at the headquarters building of the Party Central Committee.
Kim Jong-un expressed his belief that this visit would further promote the combat friendship and friendly feelings between the two countries.
