It has been learned that on June 29th, local time,
approximately 16 hours later, the clerks of the United States Senate have completed the reading of the “Big and Beautiful” bill in its Senate version, which is 940 pages long. They have begun the formal debate on this bill.
It is reported that the debate may take up to 20 hours, but it is expected to be shorter. Democrats and Republicans will each have 10 hours to use, with the Democrats expected to utilize all their time, while the Republicans will only use a small portion.
