On the evening of July 3rd, local time, the Russian National Space Corporation successfully launched a “Soyuz-2.1a” carrier rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome located in Kazakhstan.
The rocket was equipped with the “Progress MS-31” cargo spacecraft designed to deliver supplies to the International Space Station. The mission, which lasted for 50 hours and orbited Earth 34 times, concluded at 00:28 Moscow time on July 6th, completing docking with the International Space Station and transporting more than 2.6 tons of materials.
