The health department of the Gaza Strip announced on the afternoon of October 4th local time that since the outbreak of large-scale conflict between Israel and Palestine on October 7, 2023, Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip have resulted in a total of 57,268 deaths and 135,625 injuries. Since March 18, 2025, the death toll has reached 6,710, with 23,584 injured.
