A spokesperson for the Civil Defense Department of the Gaza Strip, Mahmoud Bassaleh, mentioned that Israeli fighter jets launched aerial strikes on a refugee camp in the southern Ma’avy area of the Gaza Strip around dawn on the 5th, causing at least 17 deaths, including a doctor and his three children. He also stated that Israeli forces conducted airstrikes on Gaza City in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, resulting in at least 15 deaths and more than a dozen injuries.
The Israeli military has not yet responded to the above reports.
