On July 5th, local time, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that in the early hours of the day, a joint operation was launched by the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ unmanned system units in collaboration with other forces of the Ukrainian Defense Army. This action successfully targeted the “Prosperous-All Russia Relay Manufacturing Institute of Science” located in Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic, Russia.
The report highlighted that this strike had a clear strategic objective, targeting the production capacity of adaptive antenna arrays. The equipment utilized in this operation is used for suicide drones, “Iskander-K” cruise missiles, navigational air bombs glide correction modules, and other high-precision weapons.
Russia has yet to respond to this development.
