
On July 6th local time, United States Loyal Airlines reported that a flight had to turn back due to a bomb threat from a passenger.
In a statement, Loyal Airlines mentioned that around 14:00 local time on the same day, a flight from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport in Florida was diverted to Roanoke, Virginia, due to disturbances caused by a passenger. The disturbance originated from an argument between two passengers, with one of them threatening that there were bombs on board.
Law enforcement officers stated that upon receiving the threat, the aircraft turned back to St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport in Florida. The suspect has been apprehended and is currently detained. Investigations revealed that no bombs were found on the aircraft. (Cao Jian)
