On the 8th local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky chaired a military command meeting. He stated that the core topic of the meeting revolved around the situation on the frontline and the combat actions of Ukrainian forces.
Zelensky mentioned that he had instructed the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the Armed Forces to strengthen contacts with the United States. He noted that Ukraine has now received the necessary political statements and decisions. The immediate priority is to implement these results as quickly as possible to protect the people and positions of Ukraine. Among these, the implementation of air defense systems is particularly crucial, along with other supplies promised by the United States.
