The White House posted a picture that left the world both laughing and crying.
This time, President Trump has become Superman Trump.
When the White House shared this P-rated photo, it wrote:
Truth. Justice. The American Way.
Isn’t that just big? The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has suddenly turned into Superman.
Trump knows how to spread the word; this must be in reference to the upcoming release of the new “Superman” movie.
So, the White House’s shared image is a parody of the movie poster, featuring Superman Trump, clad in a blue tight shirt and red cape, muscular, young, and stylish.
As the President of the United States, why would he turn into a mythical superhero?
But for Trump, who loves to play and enjoys headlines, this is quite normal.
Don’t forget, earlier this year, when the Roman Catholic Pope died, Trump said he wanted to be pope. He ended up creating his own image and became the new Pope of Rome.
Oh, the official White House account also shared it.
Has any previous President ever done something like this?
Absolutely not, no way.
After becoming President, it wasn’t enough; he wanted to be Pope too. Now he wants to be Superman.
It’s like wanting everything else after having everything else. After being Emperor, now he wants to ascend to heaven.
Trump has ideas, and Americans have opinions.
So, under the tweet about the White House Superman post, there are praises from Americans, believing Trump is indeed Superman; but there are also more mocking comments, with one after another of the memes.
For example, some have slightly exaggerated Trump’s body, making him look like another mythological figure.
Some even replaced the portrait of Trump on the wall of the White House with Superman Trump, complete with the superhero attire, even appearing to work normally in the White House.
If you like being Superman, that’s all you get.
Please note, this is still polite; there are many more unkind comments, even insulting images that I won’t share here.
Please note that all the images mentioned here are self-posted by Americans, and do not represent any of my views.
I’ve noticed that some Americans are expressing their disbelief with comments like:
Superman is actually an undocumented immigrant sent to Earth by a spaceship. Under Trump’s policies, he would definitely be arrested upon arrival on Earth.
Superman fights against billionaire tycoon Lester Uris. But isn’t Trump just Lester Uris? He’s just not as brilliant.
Superman inspires people. However, Trump has cut school lunches, healthcare, and food assistance—thus enabling his wealthy friends to buy even larger yachts.
When you betray your foundation, sell out to Epstein’s friends, and put the country in jeopardy, what’s left for you but to don a cloak and pray for the existence of cults…
How can you say Trump isn’t a genius?
And how can you say he only wears a cloak?
Be careful, Trump could revoke your American citizenship and expel you from the country.
I’ve seen Americans mockingly comment:
Superman won’t tear families apart. He won’t spray tear gas at children or attack farms with helicopters. Superman won’t steal hope—he protects it.
Trump dressing up doesn’t make him a hero. It only proves scoundrels think they’re good guys…
This must surely be something Trump dislikes.
He’s just playing with us to boost our confidence; why can’t you understand the irony?
First off, Trump truly is a masterpiece.
Anyway, no president in American history has been as irreverent, daring, and unprecedented as Trump.
Three and a half years later, when Trump has to step down, I believe many around the world will miss him.
Without him, how could we witness so much history?
Secondly, the White House has undergone a complete transformation.
It must be said, the worship of the divine is now unprecedented in the White House.
Vice President Vanessa praises Trump at every opportunity, with Secretary of State Rubio and Defense Secretary Hughes following suit, each more effusive than the last.
The White House is dominated by “winning philosophy,” and it’s all about “winning big!”
In this context, being a Pope or transforming into Superman doesn’t matter much.
It’s possible that Trump might become Batman, Doctor Strange, Star-Lord, etc. in the future.
Forget about Iron Man; Trump now has a particular dislike for Elon Musk.
Thirdly, I can’t help but think of two emperors from the Ming Dynasty.
One was Emperor Zhu Hongzhang, who loved warfare and was known for his lack of skill yet his love for it. Every time he personally led an expedition and won a victory, he would bestow upon himself a title, such as “Commander General of the Military Expedition,” “General of the Military Affairs Command, Supreme General of the Army,” “Esteemed Prince”…
But as an emperor, you still have to be appointed a minister or general, not just a Pope or Superman.
This shows how Trump is cleverer; after becoming president, he wouldn’t appoint himself a minister or director anymore but instead become a Pope or Superman.
The other emperor from the Ming Dynasty was Emperor Jiajing, who liked alchemy and sought immortality, even bestowing three titles of honor upon himself.
Firstly, he claimed to be “Lingxiao Shangqing Tongle Yuanyang Meifei Yuanzheng.” Second and third times were equally lengthy, with various ranks of immortals, such as the third time he was titled “Tai Shang Da Luo Tianxian Zhengyi Yu Xiuzhi Lingyuan Shengsheng Shenzhi Tongyi Sanyuan Zhengying Yu Xin Guan Wu Lei Da Zhengtai Xuanwu Jiu Shi Taihou Di Yuan.”
From this perspective, Trump really does have something in common with him.
Of course, later generations judged the Ming Dynasty, saying that although it fell due to Chongzhen, its real downfall began with Jiajing.
A great Ming Dynasty was destroyed by you.
I am speaking of Chinese history, and Trump certainly wouldn’t understand. If he did understand, he wouldn’t care either because our national conditions are different. As president, who could I fear?
