On the night of July 13th, local time, Ukrainian National Television and Radio Corporation quoted sources saying that Ukrainian President Zelensky has decided to appoint Yulia Sviridenko, the current First Deputy Prime Minister in charge of economic affairs, as the new Prime Minister. The two sides will meet on the 14th to discuss the composition of the new cabinet and the selection of personnel.
Sources also revealed that the current Prime Minister Shmyhal will be transferred to the position of Defense Minister, while the current Defense Minister Umayrov will be reassigned to serve as the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States. (CCTV Wang Bin)
