Ukrainian National Security Service (NSS) announced on social media on the 15th that six Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) agents attempting to carry out terrorist attacks had been apprehended.
The NSS reported that in recent weeks, the NSS and the National Police have thwarted multiple terrorist attacks targeting Ukrainian forces, resulting in the arrest of six Russian agents. These individuals were local residents of Ukraine, recruited through social media by the Russian FSB. At the time of their capture, they were attempting to install explosive devices at military units and residential buildings for Ukrainian soldiers.
According to the NSS, under Ukrainian law, these individuals will face deprivation of property and life imprisonment.
