According to the Russian law portal, as of the local time on July 18th, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a government decree on July 15th, officially terminating the Intergovernmental Agreement on Military-Technical Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the German Federal Republic, which was signed in Moscow on June 14, 1996.
