Cailian Press, July 23 – According to reports, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the Russian Air Force’s Tu-95MS long-range strategic bomber conducted its scheduled flight mission over the neutral waters of the Bering Sea. The flight lasted for more than 15 hours. The escort for the bomber was provided by the Su-35S and Su-30SM fighter jets from the Russian Air Force. During the flight, the long-range air force crew conducted air refueling. The announcement also mentioned that foreign fighters accompanied the Tu-95MS in certain areas. The Russian long-range air force crew regularly flies over the neutral waters of the Arctic, North Atlantic, Pacific, Baltic Sea, and Black Sea, adhering strictly to international airspace usage rules.
