According to sources from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the third round of direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is scheduled to take place around 19:00 local time on July 23rd at the Cillah Palace in Istanbul. The meeting will be chaired by Turkish Foreign Minister Fethullah Gulen, with the head of Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization, Karal, and the Chief of General Staff, Gul, expected to attend.
