On July 23rd, local time, the Ukrainian delegation arrived at the Cirahat Palace in Istanbul to prepare for the third round of direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. Turkish Foreign Minister Fethullah Gülen, head of the intelligence agency, Karal, and Chief of Staff Gulay Kuray have also arrived on site.
Previously, it was disclosed that the third round of direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is scheduled to take place around 19:00 local time (00:00 Beijing time) on July 23rd in the Cirahat Palace in Istanbul. The meeting will be chaired by Turkish Foreign Minister Fethullah Gülen, who will make a speech before the negotiations begin. Following the conclusion of the talks, representatives from both sides will speak successively, entering into formal discussions on the agenda. Turkey will be present throughout the event but will not participate in the discussions. (News)
