Live Ball News, July 25th – Recently, former NBA player Robert Horry discussed the Clippers in a podcast episode of “Big Shot Bob.”
Horry stated, “I don’t understand. I want to call up Tyronn Lue and ask why he traded Powell away. He was supposed to be an All-Star last season. You just didn’t want him. I know it has something to do with money, but it’s all about technicalities.”
The Jazz sent John Collins to the Clippers, who then traded Powell to the Heat, while the Heat sent Love and Lee Caldwell to the Jazz, which also gained a second-round pick for the 2027 Clippers draft.
