Hamas has yet to respond to this request.
Since June, Israel and Hamas have engaged in a new round of indirect negotiations in Doha regarding ceasefires in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of detainees. Media sources revealed that on the 16th, the mediators Qatar, Egypt, and the United States submitted an updated proposal for a ceasefire agreement in Gaza to both Israel and Hamas.
