On July 26th, local time, a Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft operated by American Airlines was involved in an emergency evacuation at Denver International Airport in Colorado due to a malfunction with the aircraft’s tires before takeoff. The incident resulted in the emergency evacuation of 173 passengers and six crew members on board.
The aircraft has since been grounded and is undergoing maintenance checks by the maintenance team. American Airlines reported that one passenger sustained minor injuries and has been transported to the hospital for further examination. The investigation into the incident is ongoing. (Wu Hanying)
