Romano wrote on his personal social media: Manchester United has informed Leipzig that they are prepared to make a bid for Sesko, also to demonstrate to the player that he is now the primary target for their forward line. Sesko will decide in the coming days based on offers from Newcastle and Manchester United.
Previously, reports from Germany indicated that a gentleman’s agreement had been reached between Leipzig and Sesko, allowing the player to transfer for a fee of 60-70 million pounds plus a variable departure clause, but only for certain designated clubs.
