On the 31st local time, the Ukrainian National Emergency Service reported that, as of now, the missile and drone attacks launched by Russia against Kyiv on the night of the 30th have resulted in 16 deaths and 155 injuries.
Ukrainian President Zelenskyy posted on social media on the morning of the 31st that Russian forces had fired over 300 drones and 8 missiles into Ukraine, targeting Dnipro-Podolsk, Poltava, Sumy, Nicholaiev, and Kyiv and its city. Kyiv was specifically targeted by the Russian airstrikes.
