The blog host of Los Angeles Sports Center and Cem Yolbulan stated that the Lakers should trade for Andrew Wiggins.
He said, “Wiggins can immediately become the Lakers’ best perimeter defender, and he can take on tough defensive tasks every night. He possesses the three-point shooting and defensive skills that the Lakers desperately need, and when holding the ball, Wiggins can do much more than just a typical three-point shooter.”
Wiggins’ salary is expected to be $28.2 million in the 2025-26 season and $30.1 million in the 2026-27 season.
Last season, Wiggins played 30.7 minutes per game for the Warriors and Heat, averaging 18 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists.
