On August 21 local time, Colombian President Petro said that two explosions occurred near the air base in the city of Cali in the country on the same day were terrorist retaliatory actions launched by the drug trafficking group “Drug Committee”, which had caused 2 deaths.
The Colombian government appeals to and requests the international community to list this drug trafficking group and its armed groups in the departments of Caucamarca, Guaviara, Antioquia and Colombian Caribbean as terrorist organizations.
